| What Is Learning With Horses? |

| First of all, it is an experiential learning process where our horse partners help to teach us about ourselves. It allows people to participate in activities with the horse toward a common goal and this helps to improve their skills as a team player, in solving problems, and in their leadership abilities. It also helps people to better communicate with their team and build healthier working relationships. |

| What Kind of Training Does C-Horse Consulting Provide? |
| The experiential training that C-Horse Consulting provides uses real horses but has NOTHING to do with horseback riding! While many people call it “Equine Assisted Learning,” we just call it learning with horses. We use horses because they are sensitive, honest creatures that do not analyze a person’s motive. They do not know your title or what’s in your wallet. They do not know your role or your position. Horses recognize authenticity and communicate nonverbally, so they will “read” the non-verbal communication of their human partners, and then “mirror” that information back! So, if the human doesn’t like what they see, (themselves through the eyes of the horse), it can help them decide what they need to change! This type of training really levels the playing field for all employees! |
